Open Lyceum is a self-study learning platform built on open course material. By using this site you agree to the following.

Content licensing

Course materials originate from MIT OpenCourseWare and are licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 (Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike). Stanford Online lectures remain under their original terms as published on Stanford's YouTube channel. Videos are embedded, not re-hosted.

Quizzes, problem sets, and course structure assembled by Open Lyceum are also released under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

No affiliation

Open Lyceum is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with MIT, Stanford University, or edX. Course materials are credited to their original institutions; the platform is an independent curator and delivery layer.

No warranty

The platform is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is not a credential program; completing courses here does not confer an academic credit or a degree recognized by any institution.

Acceptable use

Don't use Open Lyceum to harass other learners, scrape content at scale, disrupt the service, or claim credit for others' work. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice.
